You’ll know this is your gym the second you walk in
Riverside Stronger is built around one priority: delivering exceptional boxing instruction in a serious training environment. Every session is focused on developing proper technique, building skills, and helping every member make real progress through attention to detail.
Training here is structured, but not rushed. We cover everything from strength and conditioning to mitt work, technical drills, sparring, and footwork, sparring, and more. What truly sets us apart is the culture. People work hard, support one another, and take pride in getting better every day. If you’re committed to growth, you’ll fit right in.

Our programs build precision, endurance, and discipline for all levels. Train with our expert trainers today!
Monday – Friday:
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Our boxing program is built for youth and adults who want to learn real boxing, improve their conditioning, and build confidence.
Above everything else, quality instruction comes first. Members receive detailed, high-level coaching focused on proper technique and real development—not a generic workout designed to fill an hour.
Youth and adults currently train during the same open class hours, with coaching adjusted to each member’s age, experience, ability, and goals. Training may include strength and conditioning, footwork, mitt work, defense, bag work, technical instruction, and controlled sparring for those who are ready.
Riverside Stronger offers a structured but open, old-school training environment where members have the time and attention needed to learn, work hard, and continuously improve.
